    Conquer Any Terrain with Quadra-Trac II® 4WD

What sets the 2022 Grand Cherokee Limited apart is its legendary Jeep capability, refined for modern life. The Quadra-Trac II® active on-demand 4WD system intelligently distributes power to all four wheels, ensuring superior traction on Maine's icy roads, muddy trails, or sandy beaches. Select from five drive modes – Auto, Sport, Snow, Sand/Mud, and Rock – via the intuitive Selec-Terrain® dial, adapting instantly to conditions. With a ground clearance of 8.4 inches and advanced multi-link suspension, you'll glide over potholes and conquer obstacles that leave other SUVs stuck.

Owners rave about its versatility: "This Jeep transformed our family camping trips – no more getting bogged down!" says local customer Mark T. from Lewiston. Whether you're exploring Acadia National Park or navigating urban streets, this Limited delivers confidence-inspiring handling and a 38-foot turning radius for easy maneuvering in tight parking lots.

    Indulge in First-Class Interior Luxury

Step inside, and you're enveloped in premium Nappa leather-trimmed seats that hug you like a custom-tailored suit. 10-way power-adjustable front seats with memory settings and heating (plus ventilation available) ensure year-round comfort, while the heated steering wheel thaws frosty mornings. The dual-pane panoramic sunroof bathes the cabin in natural light, creating an open-air feel without the wind noise – perfect for stargazing on clear Maine nights.

Spacious enough for five, with 41.3 inches of front legroom and 38.2 inches in the rear, it's ideal for carpooling to soccer games or weekend getaways. 70.8 cubic feet of cargo space (seats folded) swallows gear effortlessly, from luggage to kayaks. Ambient LED lighting, dual-zone automatic climate control, and acoustic laminated glass create a serene sanctuary, blocking out road noise for crystal-clear conversations or your favorite playlist.

Technology That Anticipates Your Every Need

At the heart of this Grand Cherokee is the Uconnect® 5 system with a massive 10.1-inch touchscreen – responsive, intuitive, and packed with innovation. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ let you seamlessly integrate your smartphone for navigation, music, and calls. McIntosh® 19-speaker audio (optional upgrade) delivers concert-hall sound, while wireless charging keeps devices powered.

Navigation with 3D maps, traffic rerouting, and connected services via Jeep® Connect keep you ahead of the curve. Voice commands via Alexa Built-In make controlling it all hands-free: "Hey Jeep, find the nearest lobster shack!" And with over-the-air updates, your tech stays current without a dealership visit.

    • Love it but....

By Jeep lover on Wednesday, December 14, 2022

Bought brand new. At 300 miles, I started hearing a clanging noise during acceleration @17mph and @25mph during decel. Took it to 2 dealers (first one is where I bought it 55 miles away but they said they didnt hear it, 2nd one in my neighborhood heard it and said its "normal"), finally a 3rd dealer diagnosed it as a failed transfer case and replaced it. The new transfer case was installed and the replacement made the same sound @ 17 and 25. Back to the 3rd dealer and finally 5 days later the trans specialist and "engineering dept" decided its a failed front end differential. Seriously??? I love the Jeep, everyone in the family has a Jeep...mine is the only one with a failed differential.
    • Gorgeous Interior - Horrendous Mechanicals

The Interior and electronics on the Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve are on par with the best that other luxury brands offer. The leather and real wood trim are refined, and the heads-up display is clear, sharp, and bright. However, the 4xe system does NOT work and is totally unreliable. We have had the vehicle in the shop multiple times, with the latest appointment taking three days. The dealer technicians worked with the engineers, and even after numerous software updates and component replacements, they couldn't get the vehicle to charge or even clear the check engine light. If you want a $86K luxury hybrid EV that can't take or hold a charge, then this is the vehicle for you.
    • Keep your sanity...don't buy a Jeep

I used to work at the assembly plant where my new Jeep GC was built. So I really wanted to love my new Jeep. But in just seven months it's already been towed to the dealership, spent almost two weeks at the dealership over two visits due to a dead battery and then a misaligned hood rubbing the fender. I'm now battling with the customer care to get the paint damage from the hood resolved. Overall, it's been an extremely disappointing ownership experience. Keep your sanity and buy Toyota/Lexus/Honda/Acura instead of dealing with this. This Jeep has already been in the shop more than my 10+ year old 4Runner and MDX combined! Jeep leadership should be ashamed of themselves. I'm not just dealing with bad quality, but I'm wasting hours of my time and am out of pocket for Ubers and car rentals!
