I think the oil change and tire rotation were fine. The disappointing part was with regards to the purchase of my 2023 Chevrolet RST Rocky Ridge Edition pickup. I was informed that it would be difficult for me to get an inspection sticker from this dealership. The technician stated that he thought the suspension lift was too high to meet state requirements. When I purchased the vehicle it had a new sticker put on by Emerson Chevy. Now, one year later, when I ask to them to sticker it they seem reluctant? When I purchased the truck they informed me that it was 1" under state requirements and that I would be all set. If I would have known that I would be unable to get a sticker I would have never purchased the vehicle. By the way, there are two brand new Rocky Ridge Editions on the lot. I hope the salesmen/saleswomen inform customers of this dilemma.

Sue Levesque was fantastic in helping me by out my lease truck, she was funny, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with as is with the whole staff there, everyone was very nice!

My car absolutely stinks. Went in with a moldy smell and continues to smell and is making me sick. Cabin filter was changed, I guess that was the problem. Dealer did nothing to mitigate the smell in the car, clean it, etc. I'm now considering trading this car if it doesn't clear up soon. Silly that with 21K that the cabin filter was that fouled.

A little disappointed car wasn't ready to go, two hours at a car dealership is painful. Brendon was gret otherwise. Sue was wonderful.
