I had 2 appointments, both were done on time, no problems.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on a weekday, got there as soon as they opened at 8am, and asked if they could possibly get me out by 8:45 so i can make it to work on time. The guy behind the service desk was very hesitant in answering and said he'd try his best. With the uncertainty in his reaction I was prepared to call my tardiness in at 8:45 when lo and behold that service counter dude started walking towards me work order in one hand, dangling my key with the other and wearing a warm smile!
