Always friendly and helpful, they let me know when I have discounts and credits available to me.. it's great to not have to ask and then fight to have it applied to my account. I trust that they are honest, and have never felt that they try to suggest unnecessary repairs/charges. I drive an hour for my regular service appointments because it's worth it to go back to Emerson.

After my 1st oil change and tire rotation I had to make a 2nd 70 mile round trip to resolve the failed TPS system Brent took care of adding a sensor to the spare tire which should've been noticed the 1st time. We got through that. Last week we went away for the weekend and heard clunking only to find out the spare tire had not been cranked up with the cable holder, so it was swinging around on the cable. Thankfully, someone pointed it out to us at the grocery store. Additionally, a mechanic never put my tool back under the seat so we had to flag other trucks down until we found one with a matching wrench to borrow. So now I need to make a 3rd 70 mile trip to get the plastic fixed and get my wrench back. Thank god the spare didn't fall out on the highway and kill someone. I'm becoming less of a fan of the free tire rotation. It's costing me days away from work as well as 200+ miles. What next?
